About Fran Harms Estate Liquidations
Fran Harms Estate Liquidations has been in business for almost 40 years. We offer a wide range of liquidation services, but always streamlined to the needs of our clients. Please be assured we can help you with this often difficult process.
Many of our clients are faced with settling an estate by long distance so we are especially proud of our ability to provide a safe and sure link without the need for long-distance trips to the estate. In addition, we live in the Rossmoor Senior Community and are well-equipped to handle an estate sale in this area. Many liquidators will not consider Rossmoor because of the rules and logistics of holding a sale in this retirement community of 15,000 people but we know how to make it work well.
We're professional, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and enjoy a loyal following of buyers. We'll always work to get our clients the best financial result we can. Beyond conducting the on-site sale, we can offer on-line selling if that format is appropriate for on-line listing. And, as part of our liquidation service, and at your choice, we can coordinate after-sale, charitable donations and other activities designed to clear a home.
We advertise our sales widely, have a 500+ email list of potential buyers, and encourage your realtor to advertise the home during our sale (many homes have sold during our estate sale process!). We are insured, very safety and security conscious, well staffed, and conduct a clean, organized sale. We know how to price things and have resources and staff who are experts in various fields. Our best advice to you is don't throw anything away pre-sale. We will amaze you with what we can sell. Part of our process includes photo documentation so you'll see how we can transform a jumble into a great-looking, profitable sale.
Until a few years ago we relied on word-of-mouth referrals without any formal advertising of our service so while our profile may appear sparse we've been active in the estate liquidation business for a long, long time.

We'll gladly provide you with references from recent and prior clients, and if you'd like to see photos of our previous sales, we'd love to send you some.

We had lived in a 3,036 sq foot home with large storage capacity for 41 years, are antique collectors and had eclectic and copious art, furniture and possessions. I hired the Fran Harms' Team for my father's estate and the results were spectacular. Fran and her experts priced every item, and Fran's educated sharp eye found a couple of treasures that I might have put on a $5 table. They sold for over $1,500! Fran's team spent over a week decorating, cleaning, rearranging and showcasing all my dad's possessions. After the sale they did a complete clean-up, removing everything left over and vacuuming every corner. Fran also showed great respect for my dad's books, decorations and furniture.
