Medical photography was this lady’s occupation and transitioned into a passion for wildlife and bird photography, travelling across the United States, Africa, Saudia Arabia and other parts of the world to capture images while performing voluntary medical work. Estate includes camera accessories, tripod, top-of-the-line matting equipment, frames, photo archives, 35mm carousels, beautiful prints.
A+ golfer in her spare time, the golf equipment includes clubs, accessories, new-in-the-box golf balls, even a 2001 golf cart in running condition.
Traditional & many pieces of mid-century furniture, Wurlitzer upright piano, guitar with case, original signed watercolors (Artist’s Proof) by Pritchard, street art oil paintings, mirrors and framed photos. Mid-Century furniture includes a two-piece display/storage cabinet, dining table and chairs, wall-mounted shelving with small desk and separate, matching cabinet. 1950s radio/turntable console (not working but fabulous piece of furniture), sleeper sofa that could have well been Roseanne’s and was professionally recovered in the last 10 years. Several Asian rugs, including import from India (papers available). Safe with key and combo available, office file cabinets, books. TV, recording electronics including microphone (she was a Sweet Adeline).

Parking in this area is sparse. If you can't find a spot in Entry #5, try across the street, Entry #6. Do not park on Oakmont Drive. Security paid us a visit and made us move cars, even from areas not with a red curb, or we faced being shut down.
