This sale is full of wonderful surprises along with a bunch of things you’d hope to find in a good estate sale. Highlights include a garage full of big tools, especially ones for woodworking, mostly Craftsman. Some family heirlooms include a pre-Civil War baby cradle, camel back trunk, listed artist works including F.F. English. Many things brought back to the U.S. after assignments in the Orient and India. A room full of crafting supplies, vintage clothes, classic Noritake china, dining room furniture, Hammond organ, a huge collection of Bing & Grondahl plates with original boxes and COAs. Some mid-century furniture, jewelry, sterling and silverplate flatware sets, coin collection, fishing reels. The garden offers all sorts of pots for planting, garden tools, garden furniture, lawn mower. Two fabulous old clam shells, old shell light fixture, beer signs, old telescope, Grundig international radio, vintage library desk, old light oak desk, all sorts of occasional chairs, small upright freezer, misc. household.
You will enter the sale through the garage. Please do not block any of the neighbors’ driveways. No early sales or previews. You must bring help to move any heavy purchases and these items must be moved by Sunday morning, no later than noon.
Please keep an eye on your children. They may not wander the house or the backyard unattended. House does not have any measurable problems if you have difficulty walking…no stairs, no big steps. Come enjoy some time with us and find that treasure you’ll love!
Valuable items will be stored off-site during non-sale hours.
