2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.

We decided not to do a full on estate sale here due to the parking limitations - so we are doing a hybrid model - part Online Auction, part in home sale.</strong></p> <p><strong>Note: we are adding fresh finds daily so keep scrolling!</strong></p> <p>If you bid & win in the auction, during your pickup appointments you can shop just like it was an estate sale, but without the parking issues or competition. </p> <p>We will allow for 4 parties to come to each appointment timeslot for their pickup appointments every half hour.</p> <p>Pick up appointments will be made as soon as the auction closes and as soon as you have paid for your items. Pick up days will be Tuesday, August 12th & 14th between 9am and 4pm only - this is when you can also 'shop the house'! Be sure you are bringing labor, tools and the correct vehicle to remove purchases during your pick up window.</p> <p>All vehicles have clean and clear titles. We will do the transfer paperwork during your pick up appointments. Extremely well maintained vehicles. No pets or kids! </p> <p><strong>Vehicles Note: </strong>We are in the process of obtaining any available service records for the vehicles. </p> <p><strong>Resellers</strong> - this platform does have a button you can select so you don't have to pay sales tax!</p> <p><strong>Vehicle Sales Tax: </strong>This bidding system will not allow us to remove the sales tax from the sale of the vehicles, as a result, you will need to pay sales tax upon winning the bid. We will refund you for the sales tax - with Venmo or in person.</p> <p><strong>Vehicle Preview Day: </strong><em><strong>We are currently setting up appointments for those who wish to preview the vehicles for Saturday 8/9/25 from 1pm to 3pm. Please email: Lisa@RainierEstates.com if you wish to preview with your name, phone number & the vehicle you are interested in, and in addition which time slot you prefer - 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm or 3pm. We will only be previewing vehicles, not inside the home.</strong></em></p> <p><strong>Chevy Truck</strong>: We called Bill Pierre Chevrolet where the truck was purchased, and were told that it would only have had the one oil change at 5k miles - so it's all up to date. </p> <p><strong>Ford Mustang</strong>: All service records were obtained from Pierre Ford of Seattle on Lake City Way. Can email those interested upon request. He serviced it at this location for many years like clockwork they told me. </p> <p><strong>Subaru Outback: </strong>Carter Subaru shows an oil change in late 2024, but not with them - will look over the vehicle for stickers for other oil change locations. No issues with the vehicle reported.
