Due to the parking limitations near Green Lake (we are one block away) we have opted for an Online Auction & Estate Sale for this particular estate - this model will allow us to have buyers purchase ahead of time, and book an appointment to pick up their winning items in the days following the auction closing - it also allows for those who wish to 'shop the house' the opportunity to purchase the many items that were not placed into the auction! This will allow us to control the flow of people and also make it less stressful for buyers trying to park!
🛠 Purchases & Pickups
- No early sales - please bid in the auction to win. We do not sell ahead of the close of the auction.
- If purchasing/bidding on large items, bring your own help to move or disassemble them. All purchases must be removed at the time of your pickup appointment - there is a driveway available for your use during your appointment.
- Staff cannot assist with moving, wrapping, or disassembly.
- Purchases made during the 'shopping the house' timeframe can be paid for with cash/venmo/square/apple pay
🚗 Parking & Property Rules
- Be respectful of neighboring driveways
- Do not wonder the property once you know the address – it is monitored by the seller

- If you purchase a vehicle or large art, furniture, electronics - you will need to arrange to have someone pick it up for you if you are not local to Seattle. We can meet your designated person during the pickup appointments with written authority from you. We cannot ship from this estate.
- If you purchase a vehicle, no sales tax will be added - you will pay that when you register the vehicle.
