*We will hand out numbers to the first 20 early birds at 30 minutes prior to the sales posted start time. When the sale opens, we will let you in starting with number 1 and so on, followed by everyone else.
*Prices are firm day one of our sale, the second day a percentage off will be determined the morning of, and further reduced and/or negotiable the third day of the sale, and so on...
*In order to reduce chances of theft, strollers must be left outside, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
*We do not have restrooms available for use, during the sale.
*We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. If you plan on writing a check please have your contact information included. (name, phone number, address, and license number) We longer accept checks under $100.
* A 3% fee will be added when using a credit card. We will need to see your ID for security purposes.
*Please examine any items you wish to purchase prior to checking out, we are not able to refund, unless an error is made on our end. All sale contents are to be sold in "as-is" condition.
*If you purchase a large item and need help with pick up/drop, we will coordinate assistance. Items must be paid for in full prior to alternate arrangements.
*If purchasing a heavy or large item, please have your own help available for removal assistance. We offer carry-out assistance for smaller purchases.
*We are not responsible if any accidents occur at the sale premises.
*We will not be held responsible for any personal items are left at the sale location.
* We do not provide refunds for any item damaged after purchasing.
