Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. Our staff is not always available or able to help move items. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale. By entering the estate sale, you agree that the following: All sales are final. No refunds. CAR BUYERS - A bill of sale will be issued after payment is received in full. We will then set a date and time to meet at a third party DMV location to transfer title.
