1. All Sales Are Final
   • All items are sold as is and are non-returnable. Please review all descriptions and photos carefully before making a purchase.
2. Condition of Items
   • Items sold are vintage, antique, or pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with their age. Any known defects or imperfections will be disclosed in the listing.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
   • We do not offer guarantees or warranties of any kind. Buyers are responsible for understanding the condition of the items before purchase.
4. Payment
   • Full payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods include cash, PayPal, credit/debit cards
5. Shipping
   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the buyer’s location. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by the carrier.
   • Items are shipped within 3 business days] of receiving payment. Tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped.
6. Local Pickup
   • Local pickup is available for select items. Arrangements must be made within 7 of purchase. Failure to pick up within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the item without a refund.
7. Authenticity
   • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and authentic items to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee the historical authenticity of all items unless explicitly stated.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
   • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
9. Liability
   • We are not responsible for any misuse, injury, or damage resulting from the purchase or use of our items.
10. Changes to Listings
    • We reserve the right to edit, remove, or update listings at any time.
