1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of vintage, antique, estate, and secondhand merchandise:

• All items are sold AS-IS
• All sales are FINAL
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

2. Condition of Merchandise

Most items are:

• Pre-owned
• Vintage or antique
• May show wear consistent with age and use

Thrift Happens makes every effort to describe items accurately but does not guarantee condition beyond visual inspection.

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Approved digital payments

No checks unless pre-approved.

4. Hold Policy

• Items may be held only with a non-refundable deposit
• Holds without deposit are not guaranteed
• Deposits are applied to purchase price
• Deposits are non-refundable

5. Pickup Policy

• Purchased items must be picked up within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed
• After 7 days, items may be:

• Deposit forfeited

Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

All items are sold AS-IS with no warranties, expressed or implied, including:

• Furniture
• Lighting
• Electronics
• Clocks
• Jewelry
• Decorative items

7. Estate Sale & Consignment Items

Some items are sold on behalf of clients.

These items are:

• Final sale
• Not eligible for return
• Subject to the same Terms & Conditions

8. Pricing & Errors

Thrift Happens reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel transactions due to pricing mistakes
• Refuse service when necessary

9. Store Liability

Thrift Happens is not responsible for:

• Damage after purchase
• Improper use
• Installation issues
• Transport damage if customer transports item

10. Store Credit (If Issued)

Store credit:

• Has no cash value
• Must be used in store
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
