By purchasing an item from Kinfolk Auction & Antiques, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOS
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item. Most items are previously owned, vintage, antique, or used and may show normal wear, age, imperfections, scratches, discoloration, repairs, missing pieces, or other signs of use. Photos are considered part of the description.

Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and represent our best assessment of an item. Buyers should use their own judgment when purchasing. Unless specifically stated, we do not guarantee age, maker, authenticity, origin, materials, completeness, or working condition.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the buyer's responsibility to review all photos, descriptions, measurements, condition information, and other available details before purchasing. Please ask any questions before purchasing an item.

PICKUP & REMOVAL
Buyers are responsible for picking up their purchases during the designated pickup time unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Buyers are responsible for providing their own help, tools, equipment, packing materials, and appropriate vehicle necessary to safely remove and transport their purchases. Kinfolk Auction & Antiques and the property owner are not responsible for loading, securing, or transporting purchased items.

RISK & LIABILITY
Buyers enter the property and remove purchased items at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinfolk Auction & Antiques and the property owner will not be responsible for injury, accident, loss, theft, property damage, or damage to purchased items occurring during pickup, removal, loading, or transportation.

Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the home, property, grounds, or other belongings while removing their purchases.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Items must be picked up within the designated pickup period unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up within the required timeframe may be considered abandoned and may be donated, disposed of, resold, or otherwise handled at the discretion of Kinfolk Auction & Antiques. No refund will be issued for abandoned items, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ELECTRONICS, APPLIANCES & MECHANICAL ITEMS
Unless specifically stated otherwise, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and powered items are not guaranteed to operate. Even when an item is described as tested or working, no guarantee is made regarding its continued operation after purchase.

FINAL AGREEMENT
Completing a purchase indicates that the buyer has reviewed the item information and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
