All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Due to the nature of estate and consignment items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear, use, or age. We do our best to provide clear descriptions and multiple photos to represent each item accurately. Please review all details carefully. Contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment options available through our checkout system.

• Local Pickup: Available by appointment in Waynesville, NC. Buyers must arrange pickup within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

• Custom Delivery: Local delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on distance and item size. Contact us before purchasing if you wish to inquire about this option.

• Shipping: Offered on select items. Shipping rates and carriers vary by item and location. Buyer assumes all shipping costs and responsibility for any claims of damage or loss during transit.

We do not hold items without full payment. Because our inventory is limited and frequently updated, we recommend purchasing quickly to secure your item.

All consigned items remain the property of the consignor until sold. Items are priced and listed at our discretion based on market value, condition, and demand. Consignors will be paid according to the terms outlined in our consignment agreement after the sale is finalized.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to all purchases as required by law.

We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. For shipped items, please file any damage claims directly with the carrier. We carefully package all items to minimize risk.
