Pickup & Payment

Pickup is by appointment only. The address will only be provided to confirmed buyers with a scheduled pickup time.

Buyer is responsible for all lifting, loading, moving, transportation, and any professional moving arrangements needed. Seller cannot provide labor for large or heavy items.

Payment is preferred by cash or Zelle unless another arrangement is agreed upon in advance.

For fine jewelry and other high-value items, seller may require verified payment, ID confirmation, cleared funds, or another mutually agreed security measure before release of the item.

Items are available on a first-paid / first-committed basis. No holds without deposit.

Terms & Conditions

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Buyers are expected to review photos, ask questions before purchase, and inspect items at pickup when applicable.

No unscheduled visits, no open walk-throughs, and no general browsing appointments. This is a private appointment-only liquidation.

Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer fails to complete pickup within the agreed timeframe.
