Sign in sheet available at 9am on first day of sale. Only Landmark signup sheet will be honored, form an orderly line before 9am and list will be signed In order of line.
Any persons trying to create, enforce or transfer their own sign in list will not be allowed into the sale.
All sales are final, no returns or refunds. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover accepted as well as cash and personal check with photo ID. Landmark employees are not responsible for hauling or delivering items, you must supply your own transportation and "muscle". Bidding on select items ends at 3pm the day before the last day of sale. Please be courteous when parking. Call 414-335-3594 with any questions during sale. We do not ship.
