Winners will be sent the address location of sale for picking up winnings on Friday September 20th or Saturday September 21st from 11AM-2PM in Wenatchee.
All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time. Please send any specific questions to our email address email@example.com for more information. Please bring help to load your items for pickup. We are unable to assist in loading or packaging the items won at this auction. All sales are final.
There will be 8.4% Sales Tax on all winning bidder's items unless a current Washington State Resellers Permit is submitted.
NCW Estate Sales has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold "as-is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely no refund will be offered for online bidding. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to your total purchase.
All accounts must be settled upon receipt of invoice which will be emailed to each winning bidder, and prior to pick up of items won. We accept major credit cards ONLY. No checks from online bidders.
We do not have the space to store your purchased items. NCW Estate Sales will not ship unless it is noted within the description of each item up for bid. We will not ship unless you notify us to do so via email. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact NCW Estate Sales to make arrangements for shipping (at buyer’s expense plus a $5.95 handling fee). Anticipate approximately 2 weeks for delivery of items shipped.
Winning bidders will be invoiced via email the day following the online auctions conclusion and must pay for all winning bids prior to pick up. The location address will be on the invoice along with the times available for pickup. Please note that NCW Estate Sales cannot assist in removing or lifting any items. We suggest bidders bring bags, boxes or other items necessary to protect purchased items for transport. For larger/heavier items please bring help and necessary equipment for loading on pickup dates. Pickup times are typically scheduled on the Friday after the auction has concluded from 11:00am to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted on bidders invoice. All winning bids must be paid for with a credit/debit card by using the direct link provided on the invoice emailed to you. All items must be paid prior to pick up. All items left on the premises beyond the end of final scheduled pick up date will be deemed as abandoned and be forfeited by the buyer.
