Auction soft closing at 5pm on March 23, 2023.

PICK UP DETAILS: Friday March 24, 2023 11am - 2:00 pm & Saturday March 25, 2023 9 am-1:00pm ONLY-NO EXCEPTIONS-Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited. This is at a private residence and we can not move your items.

WINNING BIDDERS:
Winning bidders will receive the full pick up address via email-Please let us know you don't receive this. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bid emails in your dashboard via either email or text. Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.

I.D, is required for pick up. Orders over $500 we will take a picture of your I.D. to go with your purchase.

NEW BIDDERS:
Please go to the Auction ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have. PICKUP: All items need to be picked up at at location on the invoice.

Please bring the help if required for large and/or heavy items as well as boxes & necessary packing materials for your auction items. Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. Please give yourself enough time to pack up the items. Small items will be brought out to the winning bidders.

TAX EXEMPT: Important:
All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. Upon receipt of such information by GES, your future purchases will not be taxed. Tax resale forms can be submitted in your membership profile. Your profile name and address must be the same as your resale certificate. (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!) BEFORE BIDDING ONLY!

USPS/UPS SHIPPING:-No shipping this sale

WE DO SHIP on a limited basis. We will ship orders $50 + combined purchase total, unless you have received prior approval from the auction manager in writing. We will charge your credit card on file the shipping costs, and if you want to know the amount prior to shipping, Please contact us immediately following you winning the auction. For Purchases of gold, fine jewelry, we will ask for I.D. proof if you request shipping. Examples: Drivers license and copy of credit card statement verifying the shipping address matches. If not provided, we will sell to the under bidder. If your purchase is more than $500, we will mail to the BILLING address on file with the credit card used. IF YOU ASK FOR IT TO BE MAILED ANYWHERE ELSE, WE WILL NEED FORM OF PROOF, before we will ship. For Select small, non breakable items including jewelry, coins and other smaller items, only USPS flat rate priority boxes are available and insurance required. We charge $2-10 handling per box. Our goal is to get the items shipped out as fast as possible, however it may be a week from the close of the auction pick up date listed. Items that will not fit in a USPS priority box will be shipped via UPS and need to fit in boxes no larger than 21" x 17" x 15" preferable. Shipping MAY COST MORE THAN YOUR BID, and the cost is what it is. We charge very little for packaging, handling and trips to the UPS or post office.
