WE are appointment only pick up (link: ), Please do not show up and expect to come in and pick-up, pick ups are by appointment only for the duration of the COVID-19. WE do offer shipping on most items, or curbside drop off in the Salt Lake Valley on most items, for a fee. We do not keep regular hours in the warehouse, please look at the pick up times and dates before you bid!!!

All of our items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guaranties. All of our items are sold "Where is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.

Items not paid for by the stated dates will be forfeit, non paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on all future auction. Items will be relisted or sold at auctioneers discretion.

Estate is located in Draper Utah, approximate area 700 East and 12200 South exact address will be published day auction closes. All items will need to be picked up on site, you will need to bring loading help, large items will need to be moved by the buyer!!!

This is a great contemporary home with many collectables, antiques, art pieces, kitchen & household items, tools, outdoor items, bedding & linens, men's clothing,appliance etc... Items are described as best we can, and we will point out defects as we see them as well as measurements. Don't hesitate to as questions email or text, if you text please refer to a lot number.

PLEASE READ OUR PICKUP PROCEDURE:

You must sign up for a time and pick up your items in the times we have for pick up we will not be available for pick-ups once these times expire. DO NOT bid if you cannot commit to a pickup time. ( )

Items begin closing at 10:00 am Friday March 5th, 2021. Auction pick-up times Friday March 5th 1:00 to 5:00pm, Saturday March 6th 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Sunday March 8th 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. all purchases will need to be picked up by Sunday at 3:00pm or will be forfiet, this does not relieve your obligation to pay for items won. Please don't bid if you cannot pick up in the designated time frame. Please Sign up for a time at this website, include your invoice #.

Please bring loading help, no loading help will be provided on furniture items, your items will be available and ready to pick up and load up, *Masks are Required to enter home for Pick-Up!!!* If you are sick please stay home and send someone else to pick up. Pick-up will be staggered in 10-minute intervals for our safety and yours.

Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84115. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won!

These are the only pick-up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made. Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full. We do not automatically charge the card on file until close of business 3 days after the auction.

All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the time on the auction by 5 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 10 am and close every 10 seconds thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 3 minutes. Auctions close in 10 second increments.

All items must be paid for by 6:00 pm on the day the auction closes. Items not paid by this time will be charged to the Credit Card on file. If the charge does not go through and is not paid for then the auction will be forfeit and you will be blocked from future bidding. Your bid is an acceptance of all conditions stated in this auction.
