TERMS:

All property is sold as is, where is and without recourse, and neither the consignor(s) nor AEP make any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to size, count, weight, style, authenticity, period material, or manufacturer copyright or reproduction right or any other warranty except as specified below on any lot sold. All measurements and weights are approximate. All glassware is sold as is. AEP is not responsible for damage of glass covering paintings, drawings, and other works of art, or frames, regardless of cause.

AEP will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. We are not responsible for typographical errors. The catalog listings are meant as a descriptive guide only.

AEP reserves the right to withdraw, combine, or divide any lot at its sole discretion prior to the commencement of bidding. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium as stated.

AEP will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items left on premises over 14 business days.

If for any reason a purchased lot cannot be delivered/picked up in the condition it was in at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen or lost prior to delivery/pick up, AEP shall not be liable for any amount more than that paid by the purchaser. However, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by us. Packing and handling of purchased lots by us is at the entire risk of the purchaser and 1st Source Consignment will have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. All packages are insured.

RESERVE LISTINGS:

A small percentage of lots may have a reserve price, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not to be sold. No reserve will exceed the low estimate of the lot. Reserves are agreed upon between consignors and AEP.

No auction lot may be removed during the sale or at any time until the full purchase price has been paid. All lots must be paid and removed at the buyer's expense within 7 business days of sale or they are subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per lot, per day.

A RESERVE price is the minimum amount the seller is willing to sell an item for. If the RESERVE price isn't met, the item won't be sold. If you bid below the reserve price, you'll see a "RESERVE not met" message. This means that even if you're the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you won't win the item. RESERVE PRICE WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED prior or during sale.

SHIPPING / PICK-UP POLICIES:

ALL ONLINE ITEMS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO PICKING UP

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once the auction ends, AEP will run the credit card on file for the winning items.

All items must be paid for within 48 hours of end of sale. Once your item(s) are paid AEP will pack and weigh and a separate invoice will be sent. If shipping is not paid within 48 hours of invoicing items will be considered forfeited/ abandoned.

AEP will not refund for non-payment of shipping charges.

LOCAL PICK UP: We offer local pick up for any items being auctioned. All items must be PAID prior to pickup unless arrangements are made. AEP will email you the address at the conclusion of sale with dates & times for pickup. (Check your Spam Folder)
