This 9" diameter porcelain plate with gold rim and a gold United States Presidential seal was made by Lenox. The plate was presented by the Reagan administration to the client for his service as a Defense Attache in Prague during the mid 1980's. The plate is numbered 2020/P56. It is still stored with its original blue velvet and satin lined box. Included with the plate is a 1980 U. S. Government issued pamphlet that tells about the Presidential seal emblem. The plate does have a small chip on the bottom edge that is not visible from the front. The chip occurred during display in a china cabinet.

These vintage chains have loops on each end that slip over the end of eyeglasses, so that when the eyeglasses are removed, they hang around the neck. Great for readers.
