We accept cash and credit cards (over $50.00) at this sale.  Sales tax will be collected at this sale. All items sold as is.  If you are looking for something specific please make sure to check back the Wednesday evening before the sale just in case an item was pulled by the family.  Please understand no pricing will be given prior to sale. No Guarantees or Warranties - All items are Pre-owned. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms when purchasing. Not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries on property or in house.  Entering the property is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms. Bring help to move/load furniture. We will NOT be able to help load.   We reserve the right to inspect all bags. Children must be supervised at ALL times NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS. ALL SALES FINAL!
