Lot 093-K: Antique Seth Thomas 8-Day Spring Clock Features: • Delightful antique regulator clock • Wiring diagram states “896 Type TCL B-1170 1818 Model†• Original key Dimensions: 10.75â€W x 5â€D x 16â€H Condition: • Good antique working and fair-to-good cosmetic condition. Chimes on the hour. • Significant wear on the colored glass image below the clock face. • Instructions on the inside of clock case (see photos) are present and legible. • Case has a few age-related chips on wood veneer. • The clock’s face doesn’t appear to be original. (We are not clock specialists, but other images of this clock online appear to show a metal face with more color and slightly different details.) 101 / 158 -
Lot 094-K: Antique Stromberg Carlson Wall Telephone Features: • Antique 1918 Model, Type 896 wall telephone Dimensions: 13â€W (includes earpiece and crank) x 9â€D (includes “deskâ€) x 19â€H Condition: Good antique cosmetic condition. The telephone’s bells ring when magneto crank is cranked. Internal wiring appears original and is mostly present, and is in fair condition. The wiring diagram on inside of case is partly deteriorated but largely legible. 102 / 158 -
Lot 095-K: Antique Ansonia Table-top Regulator Clock Features: • Wooden case • Chimes on half-hour and hour • Comes with original key Dimensions: 14â€W x 4.75â€D x 22â€H Condition: Good antique running and cosmetic condition. Clock’s face exhibits significant wear, especially around the left-side winding stem. The beater needs adjustment; the clock gamely attempts to chime (gears operate) but the beater seems mis-aligned so the chime is muffled. Chimes on the hour and half-hour accurately. 103 / 158 -
