This is a true treasure hunters dream- a house built in 1830, filled with antique furniture and accessories, along with a "Cottage" whose contents supplied a vintage clothing/jewelry store at one time and a wedding shop at another. There also 2 garages full!
In the house are many beautiful pieces of antique furniture, oil paintings, grandfather clocks, antique phonographs and sewing machines, and other collectibles. There are 4 china cabinets packed with dishes and glassware, a full kitchen, and a dining room packed with antique and vintage ceramics and silverplate. Bookcases are filled with books, many covering the family's time in Europe and their interest in WWII. There are tables filled with ephemera as well.
The "Cottage" has 3 rooms lined with racks upon racks of vintage clothing and linens and table piled high with jewels. There are quilts and tablecloths and scarves and purses and shoes...oh yes, and an entire rack of mens' formal shoes. There are tuxedos and formal wear for men as well as vintage bridal gowns.
Outside, there are multiple pieces of cast iron furniture as well as many pieces of wicker. If you're feeling strong, there are some concrete pieces as well.
