Our client is downsizing from a house in Franke Homes to an apartment. The home is filled with antiques, quality like new furniture and prized collectibles. All reflects a life well lived. Come, shop and add to your own treasures.

There are 2 oil paintings called Sailing by M G Freidrich. He was a German artist who lived 1800-1899 in Germany and summered on Cape Cod painting sailing and nautical subjects. There is also, a Wallace Nutting tinted photograph.

There is a  selection of Persian rugs in excellent condition. 

The furniture includes an 1870's dog head carved armchair, an antique drop leaf table with turned legs, a Dixie nightstand, lighted curio cabinet, 2 sofas in neutral tones in like new condition. a LaZBoy rocker recliner, an antique picture frame table with marble top, patio furniture, wicker furniture, bookcase and vintage table and Windsor style chair. 

The collectibles sparkle with exquisite brilliant cut crystal, a Japanese Ko Imari bowl from 1780's and a blue and white Chinese bowl dated 1790. For pottery collectors there is Rookwood and Roseville vases and Rockville bowl.

In housewares there is a large batterie de cuisine. The handyman is not excluded. Shop the hand tools.
