BIDDING: Bid ONLY if you are able to attend the scheduled pick-up time/date (this and more info listed above and below EACH Item/LOT in the sale), can send someone in you place, OR if you have made PRIOR arrangements with us (****see below) to have the item(s) shipped.
INVOICING: Payments are encouraged via PayPal. Register as a 'GUEST' if you wish to pay with debit/credit. ***NO “eCheck” payments accepted at this time.****
SHIPPING: Small items only, and requires *PRIOR APPROVAL* Contact us before you bid to make sure item(s) can be shipped. Handling fee of $10/lot, and more for larger, heavier items if we agree to ship. Packing, shipping, and any desired insurance will also apply.
PICK-UP: Exact Location provided on purchase INVOICES via eMAIL. Check your eMail OFTEN. Winning bidders must schedule a pick-up time through a 'scheduler link' included on your INVOICE. ***For privacy reasons, the address for pick-up will be given then.
BRING HELP/Supplies - We offer NO PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE - You may need to go up and down steps, repeatedly. Remember that some lots will be bulky/heavy. Caring Transitions staff are not authorized to physically assist you with such items. Bring help, supplies (carts, bungee cords, boxes or crates of some sort, packing paper, tape) to remove and load your purchases into/onto your vehicle. Make sure you have the room in your vehicle or trailer to haul your items. We do not hold items past the pick-up date; they will be forfeited with no refund and resold or donated.
****Boxes and crates in photos of LOTS for sale are not included in the sale *unless specified in the description. Most often, they are NOT included.****
There may also be a CASH & CARRY sale on site the day of pickup, open to auction winners once they've retrieved their purchases and removed them from the house or storage facility. CASH ONLY.
