Buyer assumes all responsibility once transaction onsite is completed. It is the buyers sole responsibility to do their own inspection. All sales are final and no refunds shall be given. payment methods will be discussed at the time of acceptance of bids. Bids are to be received up to no later than 3pm Sunday the 28th.
