All lots subject to Seller approval. Invoices will be sent following Seller approval.

Payment is due by Wednesday, June 8 at 1PM.

Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Friday, June 10 at 2:30PM.

Lots 1-33: Preview available by appointment only between the hours of 7am-3pm. Bidders are not permitted on site unaccompanied. Anyone arriving on site should sign in at the scale house (there are signs). Before visiting the site, appointments MUST be made through George LaMonica at 914-426-1340.

All lots sold as is, where is.
There is a 10% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment is in Guaranteed Funds Only.
Payment methods include cash, wire transfer, money order or cashiers check.

Note: If lots are not picked up by the pickup deadline, there will be a $25 charge per day for 5 business days. If not picked up, the lots will be declared forfeited abandoned and be resold.

Buyer's are responsible to bring proper help, tools and equipment to remove purchases, no additional help will be available.
