Contents of a 10' x 15' climate controlled storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include: Artwork, six large custom Roseline Koener gallery shipping/storage cases, boxes. Artists include Michel Carrade, Jose Gonzalez Veites, Mae, Louis Thommes, Roseline Koener, Irina Kolesnikova, Daniel Fauville. The winning bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, February 7 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after removal date will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10:00PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, February 5 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. The items are located in Pawling, NY.

Payment is due by Wednesday, February 3 at 3PM.

Pickup must be completed by Sunday, February 7 at 5PM
