Payment is due by Wednesday, February 27 at 1PM. Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.
Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Friday, March 1 at 2PM.
Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.

There is a 10% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased.
Payment is in Guaranteed Funds Only.
Payment methods include cash, wire transfer, money order or cashiers check. Bank checks and money orders can be made out to Absolute Auctions & Realty. Payment can be mailed to Absolute Auction Center, POB 1739, 45 South Avenue, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569 via Priority Mail.
