You will need to register with a Credit or Debit card to bid. Winners will get a follow up email with your invoice and all info to bid or pickup is on the auction page. You are responsible for pickup by appointment If you require any alternate pickup, delivery or shipping we need to know when you sign up. There's a box to enter notes to let us know when you sign in. All items not removed by the end of the pickup days will be forfeited and no refund will be given. All items "as is". There are no refunds once items are removed. You can cancel a sale before leaving with your items. That way you have a chance to inspect your purchases. You can cancel only if we have not described the item properly. or missed damage or flaws. Any other reason you will get credit for auctions only and minus Buyer's Premium so bid wisely.
ALL COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO We will attempt to put items outside. In the event you need to enter you must wear a mask, only move to where you are directed to get items and no one else will be allowed entry with you unless you are moving large items or a large number of lots. NO MASK - NO ENTRY. We will be following all state-mandated guidelines. If you do not follow our required safety guidelines we, unfortunately, can not allow you entry. You will not receive a refund.
You must bring with you any items to disassemble, pack, or move items. We do not supply any packing supplies. If you need help moving items you must have your own help. We do not have staff for moving. If you can not move your item you will forfeit without refund.
