Items are separated in sale one and sale two in pictures.
Please do not ask to view items in sale two until time of sale.
Access to the areas of Sale Two (outbuildings and barns) are prohibited during Sale One.
Parking is available on the property. First day of sale (Friday, 10/12) parking opens at 10:30am.
Parking access opens at 10:30AM.
Tickets go out one hour before sale begins. 11AM.
Sale begins at 12pm. Customers will be let in per ticket order. Each individual customer must be present with their ticket at the time of ticket call. We do not honor lists made by customers.
Terms and Conditions of Sale:
For security and safety reasons parking will be accessible at 10:30AM the first day of the sale, Friday 10/12.
Tickets are given out one hour before opening. We do not honor lists that customers make before hand.
All sales are FINAL and are AS-IS, WHERE IS.
Only company tags and prices are valid. Items with removed tags will not be sold.
Bathrooms are prohibited during Sales.
Family Heritage Estate Sales, LLC will not be held responsible for any mishap, accident or injury to anyone attending the sale for any reason. Please watch your step while attending the sale and take care while handling merchandise.
Please bring help if you are purchasing large items. We do not supply porters.
