Sale Description

Multiple estates liquidation warehouse

10 thousand square feet of estate finds, antiques and vintage hoarded by a family spanning 3 decades, now open to the public!

DECEMBER UPDATE:  new arrivals this past week and the week before include more items from the horse farm (a real estate-based liquidation) plus two other smaller, older sources (family/probate-based liquidations).  New arrivals include housewares, small appliances, toys, furniture, antiques, home decor and tools.

There is so much here you can't see it all in one trip.  People are so overwhelmed by the vast accumulation of collections here many people go home and think about what they've seen before coming back to complete a purchase.  Be prepared to spend time here- you can't just come in and walk through.  Serious shoppers will need 1-2 hours.

The Flickr photo archive:  now close to 5,000 images of rediscovered items and reorganized areas with more to see, wider aisles, and better lighting. The archive hosts everything that we can't show you on a regular ad posting, from the beginning.  To see the most recent images and latest items, you can sort by date.  Going back in time to the older posts will give you a broad overview of the types of things shoppers buy at our estate sales, both here at our warehouse barnsales as well as offsite sale events.  This place is so huge, if you can't find something you see in a pic on the Flickr archives, ask us.  There isn't enough room to put everything out at one time, and things get moved around frequently here.  An item may sit around unsold for months, only because it is blocked from view by other things.  We can't always guarantee we'll have it available, but you never know.

Photographic overview of contents can be found here:  http://www.flickr.com/photos/1...

We are still digging things out at this property, as much of this stuff has been packed away in boxes and bags, warehouse style, going back to the late 70s/early 80s.  There was not a single corner of this property that did not have some kind of hoarder's storage in it. A 3-bedroom house, 2x barns, and 6x out-buildings (sheds/garage type) jam-packed with stuff. With each new space that is cleared as those things are sold, we open another forgotten corner & unload it into the space, so as time goes on we are able to gradually unpack & show everything.  The sale is ongoing, because there is too much to show in just one week, and we have small-scale liquidations where the items come back here for liquidation instead of an on-site sale.  It's like having a couple hundred estate sales under one roof.  New stock is added to the shelves on a weekly basis.
