Bidders agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees. All measurements and weights are approximate.
PAYMENT: Payment must be received/arranged within four (3) days from
auction date. Credit cards may be charged 3 days after auction date.
South Jersey Auction accepts Cash, Known Check, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Wire Transfer (at buyers
expense) as payment for items purchased. Invoices will be emailed to the
successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Due to
the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an
'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for
payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the
Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were
the winning bidder.
