Based on a Referral, we could not pass up helping this wonderful family out in Hattiesburg.  For my awesome Louisiana customers, can you say "Road Trip"? This sale is a teeny weeney extra drive to pick up some great deals.  

There will be some shopping at pickup!! 

You Can Mark your favorite items by clicking on the star on the top right hand corner of the photo. These items will show up on your Bidding tab.

Pick up for your winning items will be on Tuesday, November 24th between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm***. By Appointment Only

** FOR MY LOUISIANA CUSTOMERS....  If you win small items, I will be happy to bring them to Covington for pick up.  You must pre-pay for your items first.  I will not transfer large items... 

There will be a small buyers premium of 5% added to all Invoices.  

When bidding on estate sale items, please note, that you are bidding on pre-owned used items. Items will have flaws, minor scratches, may need additional cleaning and or minor repair. Please read the items details for more information about each piece.

The Address & Appointment Calendar will be sent to winning bidders via Invoice and Text Message within 6 hours after the end of the sale. Please be sure you have a valid Cell phone number on file. 

Payment may be made in Person at time of pick up, or you may choose to pre pay via Paypal from your Invoice.

*Please bring wrapping paper and boxes or totes for your fragile items.

** We DO NOT assist in the moving and loading of large items that you purchase. You MUST bring appropriate moving materials necessary to safely remove the item from the home, Hand Truck, Dollies, Blankets, Tools and of course the most important thing "Muscle".. We will not allow you to remove an item without proper equipment and help. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

WINNING BIDDERS: Once the sale ends, please check your email for your Invoice for the total amount due of your winning items. If you do not receive an Invoice in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You may pre-pay using PayPal via your Invoice or you may pay at pick up with cash or your credit or debit card.

WINNING BIDDERS: By Bidding: you agree to make a commitment to follow through on payment and pick up . If you do not follow through and/or make contact with EMG, your Invoice will be cancelled, your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder and you will no longer be able to purchase in the future from EMG. Communication is the Key...
