All items are sold "as is" on a first come, first served basis. Please note, we do not presell items. While we do our best to keep sale information updated, occasionally homeowners do decide to remove an item from the sale at the last minute, so it is always a good idea to call or email to confirm.
Numbers are handed out beginning at 7:30 AM on the first day of the sale. We do not post a list. If you choose to do so, you are responsible for making sure it remains posted. Numbers will NOT be saved for those not present at 7:30 to receive them. You must be present to get your number.
Please be considerate of neighbors when parking. (Do not park on lawns or block mailboxes, driveways, etc.) Please follow directions on any parking signs - one side of the street will be marked with "No Parking" signs in order to ensure that emergency vehicles can pass.
Numbers for order of entry will be given out beginning at 7:30 on Saturday and 8:30 on Sunday. PLEASE NOTE: We do not post a list. If you post one, you are responsible for keeping an eye on it and we will not honor torn down lists. Even if you have signed up on a list, you must be present at the appropriate time to receive your number, or you will be given the next available one instead. The doors will open promptly at 8:30 on Saturday and 9:00 on Sunday and popular items often sell right away, so be sure to arrive early for the best selection.
