- All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. If you have any questions about items PLEASE ASK PRIOR to bidding for said items. We have tried to make sure we have provided an accurate description of any items based on pictures and descriptions. Please pay attention to tape measures in pictures. We do this to give an accurate size idea for every item.
- ONCE YOU HAVE BID ON ANY ITEMS YOU HAVE CREATED A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT BILL OF SALE. ***DUE TO THE VOLUME OF UNPAID BIDDERS (AT LEAST 2 OR MORE A SALE) & ITEMS NOT PICKED UP , we will be enforcing the $10 to $50 fees for moving items to other sales. Also if you do not pay for your items even after multiple attempts to contact you, we will start blocking those folks from bidding on future sales.

We will email your invoice to you within 24 hrs of auction ending. (IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE YOUR EMAIL PLEASE CHECK THE DROP DOWN MENU AND CLICK ON INVOICES). To make sure you always get your emails from us and estatesales.org, please save and ok emails from us to insure getting all the info.
Within that email there will be the link for Signupgenuis.com so you can sign up for pick up. Any other appointments outside of this schedule will need to be approved before bidding.
SHIPPING Is usually done within 7-10 business days after the sale ends. (Shipping cost are postal plus handling) We will do our best to give you an accurate quote for cost before auction ends. The cost may fluctuate depending on how many items you purchase & need shipped. We do require insurance on the total value of items. More info can be found under the "SHIPPING" lot.
- Items can be paid with cash upon pickup. Please let us know when you sign up for pick up if you will be paying cash.
- *** We will hold onto items for 30 days and after that they revert to becoming our property (paid for or not).

- Card info is now required for all bidding. We have 1 - 3 non payer each auction. This hurts our client and our business. We try to help people especially when emergencies pop up. But items have to be paid for within 10 days of auction end or your card will be charged for amount due plus a $15 handling fee. This is non negotiable and apart of your contract when bidding. If you have made arrangements for shipping We will not charge your card.
