We sure hope this finds you all healthy, safe, and well. We are excited to offer the next Estate Sale for your viewing, however, we request your help to ensure everyone’s safety due to COVID-19. Please note: *Staff of CCA will all be wearing face masks * Staff and Patrons will be ensuring social distancing is happening *All Patrons must wear a face mask that covers mouth and nose to enter and it must remain on the entire time. *We will open as many windows as possible to allow for circulation *We will have sanitation stations available *We will limit the number of patrons that enter the house *We will be taking temperatures before entry. If anyone has a temp over 100.4, we will be unable to allow access.

While some of these requirements might seem a bit excessive, we are determined to be safe and offer a great sale.

Please note, we will be unable to preview items and quote prices prior to the day of the sale and you must have help to load your items, as we will be unable to assist. Please come prepared as we will open promptly at 9am each day. House must be empty by close of sale and everything MUST BE GONE! As always, please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards. A 3% service fee is added to the total of each credit/debit card. No checks accepted. All items sold AS IS; NO EXCHANGES; NO REFUNDS; NO EXCEPTIONS
