PAYMENT: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (Only Cards with a Chip will be accepted) & Cash. We collect 7% FL sales tax on all purchases unless a valid tax exempt form is on file.
PRICE TAGS: Most large items have a green, two part tag. Remove the bottom half – only if you wish to buy it. Give it to the cashier when ready to “ check out”. Feel free to pick up smalls as you shop.
REMOVAL: Only after payment is made. Removal by 1PM Sunday, unless arrangements are made. A Delivery Service is available! If moving large or heavy items Please bring help!

ENTRY TO SALE: Start your day with a discount. During COVID-19 we will have a sign-up list at the front door. Please print your name, your arrival time and your cell phone number. Since we are only allowing 20 people in the house, as one exits, we will call your name according to the time of arrival. If you want to wait in your car, we will text you that your name is up next. please be available to enter to when our staff member calls you name. Friday 8am – 9am we will offer a 10% discount. If you must bring a child with you to the sale, they must be kept at your side for safety reasons. There will not be a restroom available at this sale.
ENTRY SHOPPING BASKETS: We have shopping baskets available to carry your purchases, so PLEASE NO Large Bags, Backpacks or Large Purses. Please leave them in your vehicle or at the cashier’s table until you are ready to leave.
PRICES: Everything is priced for immediate sale. Prices FIRM Friday and Selected items discounted Saturday and Sunday. There have been no early sales!
