    Thank you for browsing our upcoming sale, we look forward to seeing you there. If you are new to shop at our sales here are our shopping guidelines to help create a better experience. 
    -We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside home if needed due to limited space. apx 50 persons at a time. Strollers, walkers & wheel chairs permitted in this home please clean wheels before entering. This home does have a MULTIPLE sets of stairs no accessible for wheel chairs. Please use patience on stairways.
    -All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges....No Exceptions. Please check your items!! We do not plug every item in and start every item, it is your responsibility to check your item for breaks, cracks, etc. There are no guarantees by those selling or Owner. 
    --We accept Cash and All Major Credit Cards on Thursday & Fridays. On Saturdays when we discount 50% we prefer cash but will accept plastic with a 3% processing charge. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED .. We do not have change for $100 bills when you make purchases under $30. Please be prepared with $1s, 5s, 10s, 20s. 
    -As per my agreement with the estate all prices are clearly marked and at fair market value or less and are FIRM the first day. Negotiated discounts are available on Friday & Saturday 
    - LARGE BAGS & PURSES ARE NOT ALLOWED....YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THESE IN YOUR CAR. Sadly we have had to revise our policy on large bags/purses... due to a few dishonest people we can no longer be tolerant on this issue... You are welcome to bring your own "EMPTY" shopping bags, baskets or boxes however they will be subject to full inspection.... you may consider having your own baskets, boxes and wrapping supplies in your cars as we do run out. ALL bags, boxes etc are subject to visual inspection. We do not tolerant theft please do not take offense to our request, we would do the same for you if we were handling a sale on your behalf. 
    Have extra clean grocery bags?- we will gladly reuse & recycle them!! Thank you
    -Please bring help to move your items. Many items will require 2 able body people to move from home, we will have a 2 & 4 wheel dolly on hand for your use but Ken is not always on sight everyday so please plan accordingly. You must bring your own pads and ropes we have none to offer. ALL purchases MUST BE REMOVED BY THE 2pm the FINAL DAY OF THE SALE.
    -"Holding" is a commitment to buy. We have a hold table near check out. 
    -Coins & high end Jewelry- homes with these items for sale will be treated on a number system, please ask for a number at time of your arrival. We offer viewing these items on a 1 person 1 item inspection and your number will be called upon in order. 
    -We open promptly at stated time and close no earlier than stated times.
    -We allow Bids on all items....ask about details :)
    - Well behaved children are always welcomed. All children must be accompanied by parents at all times. If children begin running through a sale location, chasing one another, or jumping up and down on steps or on furniture, they and their parents will be asked to leave. We love children but not always the best idea at estate sales, tight quarters and so many breakables.
    - You break you Buy. You steal, We WILL call the police. Removing Stickers or Swapping Stickers is Stealing and will not be tolerated. Our client's items are our responsibility to protect
    -No animals, food or drink or smoking permitted inside home. No bathroom facilities available for public use
    -We are not liable for accidents that occur in the residence. Please use caution in the residence and remember that this is someone's home. We would be very polite and careful in yours
    -We reserve the right to remove person(s) from home or grounds.
    -Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
    -Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes

Here are our final 370 photos!     All items in these photos are present and for sale 95% of everything is priced, I know some things were overlooked please just ask. This is going to be very close quarters on this sale. the aisle ways that we have been able to create are small and will be one way only, please have patience and be kind to each other. and there are still several dozen boxes under some tables that have not been opened, they will have to wait for next sale in March, we simply ran out of time in the past 10 days..

I HAVE INCLUDED A MAP IN PHOTOS. some were having problems finding the address and our yellow signs were taken ?!?! I was given by the family -19417 NW 170th Lane and when I typed in on google NW Old State Rd replaces 170th Lane. Also this road runs behind the Alachua County Rural Collection Center their address is 16935 NW Hwy 441 High Springs 32643. I am sorry I can not answer my phone between the hours of 9-1, the days of the sales.

SATURDAY 50% OFF/OBO cash preferred - plastic accept +3% there are only 3 items that have a reserve otherwise EVERYTHING MUST GO. We have a second half of this building with even more items than the first half plus a small loft area, a small shed and remaining items from the personal home... It will take us apx a month to organized and our next sale date is 4 days - March 9-12. so EVERYTHING MUST BE SOLD THIS WEEKEND...

PLEASE PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: This sale is a little different for us and we appreciate everyone's cooperation.  A few tips and request.   

QUESTIONS-with this many items and still so much to do it will be next to impossible for me to answer any ?? so sorry  

PARKING- there is plenty of safe off the road parking OUTSIDE the gate, please park outside the gate off the roadway, it is a short walk up.  There will be limited Handicap parking & Pick UP only thru the gate closer to the building.

SIGN UP-  I will post a sign up sheet at 8am at the gate,  gates will open at apx 8:50 and we will line up according to sign up sheet at that time. with doors opening promptly at 9am. NO EARLY BIRDS

PURSES- please NO large purses, keep your purses to 6" or smaller and keep them zipped for your protection. 

SHOPPING TOTES/BAGS- as always you are welcome to bring your own shopping bags in order to keep our items close at hand while shopping.  Please have them empty and folded upon entering and you may be asked to provide a receipt when leaving, please get your receipt when checking out. 

GROCERY BAGS- we always welcome your donated grocery bags for use at checkout, also in need of newspaper for wrapping.  thank you in advance 

NOT FOR SALE- anything behind plastic coverings ARE NOT FOR SALE.. these are private personal items that had to remain in place please respect this and stay out.  ALSO anything above the apx 8' mark IS NOT FOR SALE DURING THIS SALE..  there is commercial shelving unit, items on the top 2 shelves and items on the lofted area will be available during our March sale. We will be bringing them all down after this sale. 

PICK UP- as you will see we are packed in.. we are requesting IF AT ALL POSSIBLE to plan on picking up your larger items between the hours of 1pm-4pm during our slower times...  

HOLD TABLES- will be outside the building  but I recommend starting your own little pile anywhere outside within our orange fenced off area and I highly recommend you bring an extra person to watch your stash... there is no way any of my staff will be able to keep up with this.

CHECK OUT- will be under a tent outside and to help this process go faster, place your items only to YOUR LEFT of the cashier after it is rung up, Debbie will place it to your right of cashier,  the table to the right of cashier is a DIY wrapping and bagging.  I have learned over the years I either wrap to well for some and not well enough for others so I allow you to wrap to your liking plus this held the check out line go faster.  

TAXES- I will be collecting local 6.5% sales tax ... if you have a resell tax certificate please email to me at or present prior to checking out   

next sale date for this property schedule for March 9-12 

as always I am under contract with an estate and accountable to the estate executor and prices begin at fair market value and decrease as a sale progresses, I will always accept offers on any item to consider on behalf of the family and strive to make this a win, win, win for everyone.  We welcome buy out offers or lot offers at any time, however we are more motivated with these type of offers near the end of a sale.
