We charge 7% sales tax on all purchases. If you are a secondary dealer, we ask you to provide your copy of your 2020 Dealer's License for tax exemption.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted. Buyer assumes risk of items purchased as we nor our owners DO NOT warranty items. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the item fully before making a purchase as there are no exceptions or refunds.

No purses, bags, backpacks, or strollers allowed. 

We nor our property owners are responsible for any accidents, injuries, slips, falls, or mishaps on property where the estate sale is held. Enter at your own risk.

Please abide by any NO PARKING signs. Driveway is for loading and unloading of larger items only. Be respectful of others driveways. 

Please bring any help and proper tools needed for moving items, we do not have available staff to help you to move the purchased items.

All items purchased must be removed the same day and will only be held after purchase until the end of that sale day for your pickup.

We provide shopping baskets for your convenience and disinfectant wipes for your use throughout sale.

We are abiding by all city and county regulations regarding Covid-19. Please be aware a mask is required to enter the home. We will be limiting the amount of guest occupancy to accommodate the social distancing regulations in this home. Please adhere to the social distancing recommended guidelines of shopping with the 6' distancing within the home.

We will be limiting the amount of occupants to 20 during the sale. To best accommodate the crowd, we will operate a phone text standby system once maximum occupancy is reached. Please sign in when you arrive and we will text you when you can come in as we are limited in space with social distancing in effect. This will help alleviate you waiting outside in line in the hot heat. You may sit in your car after you sign in when we have reached full capacity. Once you receive the text you will have a few minutes to show up and give your number to the door attendant. If you don't show in those few minutes, we will move onto the next person in line.
