UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!!As of 1/4/2018 we have an updated count. There will be over 100 containers at this sale.
The locks/doors will be popped the day of the sale and you will have a brief chance to see inside. You may use flashlights to look, but you are not to touch anything in the unit(s) or you will be disqualified from the bidding action.
Once the unit is sold the door will be put back on or down, depending on the type of the container. YOU MUST CLEAR THE UNITS THE DAY OF THE SALE.
THERE WILL BE A DEPOSIT OF $25 FOR EACH UNIT WON BY THE WINNING BIDDER.
There will be forklifts to help in limited capacity and bidders are forewarned to bring labor, trucks, trailers etc. to help with the removal of the contents.
Prior Auction finds in these containers include Gold Jewelry, Coin Collections, Art work by listed artists, bronzes, bicycles, canoes, kayaks, furniture, power tools, computers, antiques and scores of other treasures. This is the largest container auction we've ever hosted and we invite you to witness the fun. There is no charge to participate, you must be registered to bid. Early birds will have a slight advantage as they will be the ones who will find the best places to park their trucks and trailers.
There is a 15% buyers premium in effect with a 3% discount for cash. WE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS!!!
If you are wondering how long the auction will take, we should be finished by about 12 noon.
We ask that you be courteous to one another and enjoy the spirit of the New Year.
NOTE: The address is a little misleading by the city. While the address is St. Petersburg, it is actually where St. Pete, Pinellas Park, and Clearwater all sort of come together. The address is listed, look for signage the day of the event.
We'll see you at the Auction!!!!
