    This home is occupied. The address will be posted at 9 am on Friday Feb 15; please be respectful of the family and do not arrive at the home prior to Saturday Feb 16 at 9 am, when our sale begins. If you have any questions prior to the sale about any item please email and we will respond as quickly as possible.

    This sale accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and most debit cards. No checks accepted. 

    Please bring help to load large items; we may be unable to help load large items. All purchases must be paid for and removed on the day of sale. No “holds” of items please. We do not accept returns and all sales are “as-is” and final.

    Parking on the street is plentiful; please be considerate of our neighbors and do not block their driveways or impede their access to their own homes.

    Children are welcome but we respectfully ask that you keep your children under your own supervision. There are many breakables, obstacles and boxes, as well as some uneven floor surfaces in the home, garage and yard; by entering the premises you assume all liability, we are not liable for any injuries or falls sustained, so please exercise care while you enjoy this eclectic sale.

Home of Bay Area educator whose father in law was a Red Tail Tuskegee Airman; some of his personal items will be included in this sale. A collector at heart who acquired many and varied items throughout the decades and carefully labeled and stored them away in boxes and bins. More than a collector, she was a gatherer, picking and saving things as far back as her childhood, wrapping them up and carefully preserving them. also a dedicated crafter, seamstress and quilter. 

This home  has everything and overflows into a chock full garage, backyard and storage shed. A couple of large collections, but mostly a wide and extremely varied house full of treasures. Black Americana, antique and vintage furniture including Jacob & Josef Kohn, 3 antique Singer sewing machines, handmade blankets, books, crafters paradise including enormous quilt frame, extensive vintage Avon perfume bottle collection (many full and in box), kitchenware, glassware, bakeware, breadmakers, small kitchen appliances, original signed art work including FW Clausen, LeGrand, vintage Sister Corita Kent print, also vintage vases, vintage glassware including Crown Jewel Bavaria, Cauldron, Myott Fine Staffordshire, Homer Laughlin, Ripon, Haviland, Noritake, Universal Potteries, E.O.
