    Kuzak's Closet has organized a MEGA estate sale for you this week in the charming Naglee Park neighborhood near downtown of San Jose.  We have been organizing this estate for three weeks and it is packed to the brim with fabulous collections and rusty gold! 

    Due to the parking restrictions in the neighborhood because of the proximity to San Jose State University, the estate sale hours will be a bit more creative.  We will open the doors from 2pm-7pm on Thursday March 28th and Friday March 29th. We will also be open from 9am-4pm on Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st. Please have packing materials, boxes, and lots of room in you vehicle to load your treasures. There will not be a restroom available so please plan accordingly. For shoppers arriving early will have a silent auction on select items from 12:30-1:30pm to help curb the excitement! 

    Available items include:

    Front porch featuring a massive tin toy collection, vintage luggage, neon beer sings, rustic decor, and a large collection of framed fruit packing signs. 

    Living room and family room feature Mexican clay art and figurines, vintage cameras, lenses, photography supplies, cases, photo art, and cards. Navajo blankets, Steuben glass, colored glass vases and figurines, Asian dishes and tea sets, symphonium, porcelain glove molds, animal art, Pyrex lab ware and beakers, stereoscope, photo cards, knife collection, baskets, artwork including photography, oil pantings, drawings, and more.   

    Dining room features china sets, Wright mid century dining table with matching sideboard, bar ware, crystal vases, decanters and tableware, gorgeous colored glass collection. Lace and linen table clothes, wool blankets, Asian console table, paperweights, pair of curio cabinets, stunning gold mirror, antique picture frames.

    Bedrooms are packed with framed art, vintage books, smalls and collectibles galore.  Christmas wonderland featuring vintage glass ornaments, books, holiday decor, Santa collection, holiday dish ware. Bolts of fabric, authentic sombreros, ephemera, unframed art and posters, vintage display maps, LPs, 78's, craft supplies, sewing supplies, vintage wallpaper rolls, children's games, clothing, hats, costumes, books and small collectibles.  Mid century dresser with matching armoire, antique side by side, large white craft cabinet with tons of storage.

    The kitchen will have you digging high and low! Large LeCreuset collection, Kitchen aid Mixer, vintage Fiestaware, botanical canisters and serving pieces, cookbooks, vintage medicine bottles, glassware, tin molds, enamelware, bar ware, roasting pans, cookware, multiple vintage cabinets and display pieces perfect for an antique collective, bakers rack, maple chopping block, antique kitchen island on casters.

    Backyard is an estate sale on it's own with multiple areas shop. Under the tent you will find vintage metal tool cabinets, vessels, tools, antique trunks, camping gear, lantern collection, fishing weights, garden decor, brass and concrete creatures, antique frames, vintage signs. The yard is loaded with fountains, bird baths, pagodas, metal patio furniture, concrete animals and garden art, large copper basins including an amazing nesting set, cauldron, wind chimes, large bells, vintage collectibles, rusty gold, stunning bronze urn with pedestal and lid, vintage signs, antique windows, found legs, doors, and pillars for potential construction projects.

    Workshop includes hand tools, heaps of hardware, metal carts and tables, clamps, bits, bolts, screws, working supplies, saws, vice, rope, string, stuffed drawers with goodies, drills, saws, tool chests, vintage tool sorters and cabinets, rusty and crusty joy at every turn.

    DUE TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS (NO PARKING ALLOWED BETWEEN 9AM-1PM ON WEEEKDAYS) THE ESTATE SALE WILL START AT 2PM ON THURSDAY 3/28.  THE ADDRESS WILL BE POSTED AT 10AM ON THURSDAY 3/28.  FOR EARLY ARRIVERS, WE WILL HAVE A SILENT AUCTION FROM 12:30PM-1:30PM FOR SELECT ITEMS PRIOR TO OPENING THE DOORS. 

    Estate sale line up, list, waiting and entrance procedures: The first person to arrive at the sale may start an entry list. This person and any person signing the list there after must remain in the area to keep their space in line. Going to the local coffee shop to get a drink or use the restroom is allowable. Going home, going to sleep, and coming back later is not. If you decide to leave the immediate area to use a restroom or get a drink/eat, it is suggested you let another person (that is also waiting for the sale to start) know that you are doing so. We cannot enforce or administer this policy or the list directly, so we ask that you police yourselves, and abide by the above policy.

    We will have all hands on deck with the entire staff devoted to this project so you will have plenty of help out to your car as always! We look forward to seeing you soon!Sales tax for this sale will be 9.25%, resellers please have a copy of your license ready for us. We accept cash and credit cards, we do not sell items or give out items prices prior to the sale opening on Thursday at 2pm. As always, we have security on-site.
