PARK LEGALLY and PLEASE do not block neighbors driveways. Two vehicles must be able to pass between parked vehicles at all times. Violators will not be allowed into the sale.

Do not disturb downstairs tenant or enter side yards of home. 

Home is fully alarmed and under 24 hr video surveillance. There is also a watchman residing at this house until the sale is over and the house is empty. Please do not disturb him. Small items of high value are stored off site at our banks safe deposit box.

We are honored to sell the contents of this historic California Gold Rush family estate. Within the estate you will find many original items from this family’s general store in San Andreas, Calaveras County and other treasures from their residences. The general store operated in business from the last quarter of the 19th century until the first quarter of the 20th century. Unbelievably, items from this general store are still in great condition.

All prices are firm the first day of sale. On the second day of the sale, all items will be 30% off the marked price with the exception of items containing silver or gold, these items will be 10% off. If the discount schedule does not work for you, we will have an “offers” box you may submit your private offers into for our review at the end of each day. If your offer is the highest on that particular item, we will give you a call and let you know.

The amount of space for customers is limited in the front room containing the jewelry and small items of high value. We will be limiting the amount of people in this room. This room should accommodate about 10 people at a time.

Methods of payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Check if we know you well. Cash will expedite the payment process.

Remember that sales tax will be collected if you do not provide a valid California Resale Permit Number. Sales tax rate in Oakland is 9.25%.

We will try and open a little early if there are many people waiting outside and our staff is ready.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Friday morning.) 

First come first serve.

Please do not remove price tags from any items. If you wish to buy an item place a “sold “ sticker (with your name and telephone number on it) to the desired item. Or write your name, telephone number, and SOLD on the price tag. All sold stickers must have a telephone number, if they do not, the item will not be considered sold. Do not put a sold sticker or write SOLD on any item that you are not 100% sure about buying. 

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture or heavy items. Bring your own furniture pads (blankets) too. Also, please bring your own shopping bags/boxes.

Please remember that all items are sold as-is with no returns. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale. 

There are no restrooms available for use at this home.
