Last Call Auction for On-site Pick Up in La Habra Heights

PAYMENTS:  Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions and you will be required to have a form of payment online with Estatesales.org, but you can make payment with any of the following after you win: PayPal, Square, Venmo, Stripe, or Zelle –  no cash or checks. If you need us to take your credit card info over the phone, we will help you with that. NOTE: If you do not indicate that you want to use an alternate payment source we will charge payment method on file.

SHIPPING: & HANDLING:  Small items CAN be shipped to purchasers IF buyer pays shipping and handling cost quoted after auction ends. If you would like a quote on shipping cost before bidding please allow 24 hours prior to bid closing time to request a quote. We make attempts to keep your shipping costs down by combining shipments on multiple items won. It may take us 1-2 days to add shipping cost on invoice. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all auctions.

LARGE OR AWKWARD ITEM PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS: If you will be picking up something heavy or awkward you may be asked to follow us to or meet us at a nearby house instead of our warehouse in Brea, CA. If you purchased something that fits this description please text to be sure of appointment location. Also, you are responsible for bringing adequate number of people and equipment to handle the removal and transportation . Please be aware that there most likely will be at least a few steps involved, and/or small doorways, We reserve the right to refuse your pick-up if we feel it endangers the homeowner's property.. Please make note of deadline for pick-up below.

DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP: We don't mind holding over small items until you finish bidding on another auction ending in the same week, but we do require that you pick-up or pay for shipping of your items mailed your purchases within 2 weeks of auction ending. Items not picked up within 2 weeks of auction ending will be returned to available. merchandise and your payment will be forfeited. 

SALES TAX: We will collect sales tax of 7.75% unless you send proof of your seller's permit and a signed statement of intention to resell. We must received signed statement with copy of license within 24 hours of sale end.

RETURNS: Typically we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer’s expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession.
