Numbers Will be handed out at 7am on Sat. You do not need a number to enter the estate sale. However, you will gain access to the home faster with a number. This estate sale  will be cash only. We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resale certificate. Digital copies will not be accepted. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or credits. You are buying everything As-is. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any abusing our staff or customers. No large purses or bags will be permitted in the sale. We provide shopping baskets for your use. We also provide a limited number of bags and wrap.
