Three generations of this active family lived in welcoming one-story home for almost 60 years. Contents reflect their expansive interests and tastes. Clients’ parents (the first generation to live here) traveled internationally for HP, and their worldwide trips are reflected throughout. Our clients respect and love the environment, nature, animals, and worked with disaster preparedness among a myriad of other interests.

Furniture including 3-piece teak patio set by Teak West, antique octagonal game table, small Victorian desk and chair, tufted leather sofa, octagonal Pietra Dura inlaid gemstone table top, and more
Full kitchen including Terre Provence French pottery, All-Clad cookware, Riedel glassware, vintage Waterford wines and champagnes, Royal Doulton “Forsythe” dinner service, Spode “Christmas Tree” serving pieces, William Sonoma, fun and fine table linens, and more.
Décor includes an antique box/desk, Tibetan ceremonial trumpet and prayer wheel, art pottery and glass, three good carpets, some lamps, whimsical Wayne M. Kleski almost-life size jester doll.
You will find, among other disaster-preparedness things, two working portable generators (7.5 hp Generac 4000XL extended life) and boxes of recently purchased provisions/food with expiration date in about 18 years.

No garage. No yard other than front porch area.
Property has heavy security. Please gather outside gate before sale starts at 10:00.
There are some parts of the streets (including Emilie) that have “No Parking” signs, but there is quite a bit of street parking.
Atherton police will drive by just to check on things. They know there will be an estate sale.
Please park on street only, not in driveway.
We accept checks, cash and credit cards.
Please bring your own boxes and bags. We have wrapping paper.
All purchased items need to be taken away by end of day (3:00 PM). Bring proper help and vehicle if you plan to purchase large items.
From El Camino Real heading south: To Alejandra and turn right onto Alejandra Ave. (almost across the street from Compass Real Estate office building), go about ½ mile. Emilie Ave. comes in from the left. House is immediately on right from Emilie Ave. “T” intersection.
From El Camino Real heading north: go through Menlo Park and turn left onto Valparaiso Ave. Drive .4 mile to Emilie Ave. and turn right onto Emilie. Go to very end (.3 mi.). 102 Britton is straight ahead.
We have a sale permit with Atherton Police Department, and they will patrol the area all day to be sure “no-parking” signs are observed and neighbors’ driveways and properties are respected. We can be sure they will respond quickly to any calls from neighbors.

No parking (other than staff) in client’s driveway due to delicate landscaping. On-street parking only.
