All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona

Buon Natale!....This is our last sale of 2020 and what a year it has been! As a Merry Christmas and final thank you from the Grasons crew it has become a yearly tradition to provide a complimentary lunch for our loyal customers at our last sale of the calendar year. We will have our staff gloved and masked up serving sandwiches, chips, cookies and drinks between 11:30 to 1 (Saturday only)

Some items to be sold include:

1994 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 XLH motorcycle in amazing condition (contact for details), over a thousand collectible die cast 1:18 and 1:24 scale toy cars, Jeep CJ 5 parts that fit 1940's -1980's models, tools, furniture, household items, and much more!

Please Note: We have a very limited amount of bags and boxes at every sale and can't provide for everyone. When possible please bring your own bags, boxes and wrap for your new treasures and help us as we once again "liquidate this house"!

PLEASE NOTE: As you shop our estate sale this weekend, your health and safety as well as that of our employees are of utmost importance. For these reasons the following restrictions will be followed:

*Masks MUST be worn the entire time you are attending the sale, at either location, inside or outside.

*If we feel that the amount of people in the home exceeds the social distancing guidelines we reserve the right to limit the number of people in the home at one time.

*Please be aware of social distancing guidelines and try to remain 6 feet apart whenever possible.

Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases.
