BUYERS PREMIUM AND SALES TAX
A 12% buyers premium will be added to all check out totals, plus city and state sales tax at the rate of 8.7%.
Bidding Terms & Conditions:
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
If you bid, you MUST arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.
Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, or out building.
Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by the date and time listed on your invoice. You can pay via a PayPal account or on PayPal as a 'guest' with a major credit or debit card.
If we do not hear from you by the payment deadline, your items will be resold and your account will be suspended.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please see Shipping Terms for additional details. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED. If you require shipping, please contact us before bidding to inquire about shipping policies, and let us know you will need shipping.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment. Therefore, if total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited and bidding privileges revoked.
The exact address of the scheduled pick-up will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction goes offline.
All items not picked up during the pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold.
A 12% Buyer's Premium plus Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. We do not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.
After you have won your auction items, and checked out you will be directed to Sign Up Genius. There you will sign up for the day and time to pick up your items. Each auction will have a unique address. Your lots will be brought to a covered area set up with tables where you can box up your items. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. If picking up furniture the furniture will be placed under the covered area and it will be your responsibility to load it in to your vehicle.
Please only bid if you are able to attend the pickup, or if you request shipping.
Shipping is an option if buyer contacts us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to bidding to arrange & agree to additional packing & shipping charges. NOTE: We use UPS. Please also be aware that packing and shipping can be very expensive so please factor that in when you are placing your bid. If shipping is not paid for items will be considered abandoned property, and will be resold or donated with no refund. Please be aware that shipping amounts provided are estimates onlyand do not include packing charges.
