Auction Terms & Conditions

1) Local Pickup ... Shipping is available on all Items in this Auction. We generally ship via USPS, shipping costs start at $7.80 depending on weight, size, and distance. Additionally, every package is insured based on invoice value, plus $7.50 for packing material and handling, as well as $2.25 for signature confirmation. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO VERIFY AND CONFIRM THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AS IT APPEARS ON EACH INVOICE.

2) If you register with an out-of-state address, we will assume you want shipping. If you are in town and would like to do the local pick-up please let us know ASAP.

3) An18% Buyers premium will apply to all purchases.

4) Unpaid or declined invoices will be continually charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid.

5) All sales are final. Bidders may not retract their bid.

6) Your credit card will be validated, meaning a "hold" will be place on your credit card for $1.00 then reversed within 24 hours. This is to help ensure that all bidders are bidding with a valid credit card.

7) FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE - We have a Morning and Evening Local Pick Up Options >> Monday November 30th 12:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Tuesday December 1st 6:30AM - 12:30PM Pickup Location: 1000 S. Park Lane Suite 5 Tempe, AZ 85281. Shipping Available via USPS See #1 above.

8) All items that are sold must be picked up by buyers at the times posted above or shipping arrangements need to be made. (If Available) Items not picked up, during our pickup window will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

9) All payments will be made to Lythcoop Estate Liquidators LLC at the close of the auction, via credit card on file.

10) We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover . Please remember to place the correct credit card on file, the credit card you register with will be the credit card used for payment.

11) Buyer(s) specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.

12) All items are being sold in AS-IS Where-Is condition with all faults and amenities with no expresses, written, or implied warranty.

13) Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 30 SECONDS until the auction is completed. This auction will feature extended bidding, meaning that if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the bidding will be extended an additional 30 seconds to ensure that all bidders have time to place their bids.
