We asks that all guests adhere to CDC Guidelines and recommendations while on the property.
We will be limiting the amount of guests within the property at any time to 10 quests.
Masks are required, Hand Sanitizer will be provided for quests.

Please bring help to load large items. Not responsible for injury or accidents. All items sold "AS IS with No Returns or exchanges,. No implied warranties on items sold. Please respect the home and property. No parking in the driveway or blocking the neighbors driveways. Sale is located on a dead end street. Please do not pull into neighbors driveways.!
