Remember… OUR SIGNS HAVE CHANGED. Please be on the lookout for our new BLACK and GOLD signs.
Items in this sale have come from the estates of James R. Jackson as well as his parents (deceased) Brigadier James L. Jackson (1906-1998), who served during WWII, and wife Mary Jackson (1911-2000). James R. Jackson served in the United States Air Force and spent 20 years overseas flying for oil companies in countries such as Libya, Oman, and Bahrain. He had an extensive library as youâll witness (weâre still unpacking more books!) His father, Brigadier General Jackson, spent 30 months during WWII inside China, and was active in service for 32 years. Many of the items in this sale were shipped back to the US from China as well as from other places where he traveled. Some of the most interesting items are a pair of stunning 4 foot brass candlesticks from Morocco and a small landscape painting by highly collectible Chinese female artist Gu Qingyao. While the General was away, wife Mary lived in Eureka in what is known as the Veranda Inn, where she raised son James and daughter Mary Jane (deceased).

OUR SHOWROOM MISSION: Many of the calls we get are from folks who would like to use our services but are not good candidates for an on-site estate sale. Either they have too few items for an entire in-house sale, or they would prefer that the sale not be held in their home, or the timing and/or location arenât appropriate for an in-house sale. We saw a need to lease a space that would allow us to help. After all, thatâs what weâre here for! Weâll run our Showroom sales just like an on-site estate sale, and will be open for events only. And since itâs on our turf, weâll be serving free coffee at every sale. Youâre invited to stop by for a coffee and a chat every time our Showroom doors are open, even if youâre not in the mood to shop! Have questions? Feel free to ask by calling 479-531-4832.
